What's up with all the fundraisers?

For the past several years, the PTF has been contributing over $10,000 per year to the school's budget to help make ends meet.  This amount raised is in addition to funds PTF provides for the sports program and various student activities, such as Knoebel's.  Every fund raising event puts money back into the school, and therefore into our children's educational experience. We appreciate all they do to help out.  If you are not already helping call to find out what you can do.

Fundraising Programs

Giant A+ Rewards program, BoxTop's, Campbell's soups, Office Depot, Aluminum can collection, Nestle Pure Life.| Gift Card savings Program with Many local stores.

Gift Card Orders Paying Off

Families participating in the gift card program are seeing their efforts pay off.  $1,100 has been earned, with over $900 credited to participating families' tuition accounts.  Two families received a credit of over $200 each toward the current tuition month.

If you're not taking advantage of this program, it's never too late.  Teresa Boatman, or any PTF officer, can explain to you how it works.  A little advanced planning may be required, but the results are worth your efforts.  Remember, this is 'anyway money' - since you're going to spend money on food and gas, spend with the card that you purchased here instead of cash and receive tuition credit!

Crusader Auction

PTF thanks E V E R Y O N E  for all their help and support that made our 2008 auction a success!  Thank you to all who helped in set-up, clean-up, the kitchen and in any aspect of the auction.  An exact total has not yet been determined but it is estimated our net proceeds will be just under  $7,000!  THANK –YOU!!

Thanks to local artist Tim Holdren for the print donation and to Jane DeWire for the Arts and Crafts painted chest and sleigh.

Merchandise/Service (Gift)* Cards

WCA now has a list of Merchandise/Service (Gift)* Cards that can be purchased through WCA.  They can be used as cash at their respective businesses for the same amount at which they are purchased.  WCA receives a percentage of each card back in cash at NO COST TO THE PURCHASER.  Cards can be ordered through the school and must be paid for at the time the order is placed. Orders will be picked-up twice a month.    All profits earned will directly benefit student tuition and/or PTF.  On each order form you will have the option to write in the name of the student/family you wish the proceeds of your purchase to benefit.  Write PTF on the "FOR STUDENT" line if you wish proceeds designated to that fund instead.
